At Kells Restaurant & Pub, we strive for perfection in every dish; however, if your order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. Due to the perishable nature of our food, returns must be initiated within two hours of pickup or delivery.
Return Process

Call us directly or visit the host stand with your order number and a description of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Present your digital or physical receipt and, if requested, a photo of the item in question for our quality control team.
- 3.Resolution Selection
Choose between an immediate remaking of your meal, a credit toward a future visit, or a full refund to your original payment method.
- 4.Refund Processing
If a refund is selected, please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.
